us/us-mykelly/perks/ What's a typical day as a Contract Recruiter? You'll be:
Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of engineering professionals for permanent roles Responsible for partnering with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, developing effective sourcing strategies, prescreening and interviewing prospective candidates, submitting resumes to hiring managers and coordinating all logistics for interviews, salary negotiations, etc.
Managing the candidate review and selection process to ensure it moves forward in a timely manner This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have at least 5 years of prior recruiting experience (required), particularly with engineering professionals (strongly preferred) Have experience using WorkDay or other large enterprise applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Oracle/Taleo, iCIMS, SAP, Bullhorn, etc.
(required) Strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to handle a high volume workload in a fast-paced environment (required) Have familiarity with OFCCP compliance requirements (strongly preferred) HS Diploma or GED (required); Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
