us/us-mykelly/perks/ What's a typical day as a Sourcing Strategist? You'll be:
Responsible for designing and implementing creative sourcing strategies using a variety of platforms and tools to identify qualified candidates for high demand and niche roles across multiple geographies Attracting and engaging with candidates to develop talent pipelines for current and future opportunities while demonstrating exemplary candidate care Developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with recruiting partners, hiring managers, and partners across multiple functional areas Partnering with recruiting peers to participate in strategy meetings with hiring managers Serving as a subject matter expert on all sourcing activities, including diversity & inclusion (D&I) and external market data/trends This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have at least 5 years of corporate sourcing or a combination of corporate and staffing agency experience Have demonstrated success in balancing a high volume of activities while adhering to process and compliance requirements Have demonstrated the ability to remain nimble and responsive to shifts in talent market dynamics and the communications effectiveness to translate those shifts into business opportunities Have demonstrated the ability to attract and maintain relationships with diverse candidate populations Have experience with talent acquisition social and digital media best practices necessary to proactively build pipelines of talent for roles of critical importance to the business Have experience using WorkDay or other large enterprise CRM or applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Oracle/Taleo, iCIMS, SAP, Bullhorn, etc.
